He was also an early employee at DoubleClick in Europe and worked at Google where he held a variety of initially technical roles and then commercial over the first decade of his career.
An early proponent of curation under its original guise of bid enrichment back in 2015, he is passionate about decentralised quality control within the bidstream and optimising at the point of least resistance, reducing bandwidth and resource wastage, and delivering better campaign results.
Ryan’s highly successful career in the advertising technology sector spans more than 20 years, with previous roles including Vice President (VP) of Product Development at IPONWEB (now part of Criteo) and VP of Product and Operations at Amobee (which was bought by Tremor International and became Nexxen following a rebrand).

With a strong background in both buy- and sell-side technology startups, she excels at accelerating revenue, forging strategic partnerships, and positioning organizations for sustained success.
Previously, Austin led partner sales for Microsoft’s programmatic advertising platform, Monetize, where she played a pivotal role in driving Xandr’s business expansion into CTV. She was also instrumental in shaping the demand partner strategy for Stickyads.tv, a French video ad tech startup specializing in premium publishers, which was successfully acquired by Freewheel a Comcast company.
