At a recent product roadmap offsite in Krakow, Poland, the team discussed and prioritized an exciting slate of features that will shape the future of data-driven media trading.

These foundational developments are designed to improve speed, reliability, and usability that are Bedrock’s non-negotiable pillars.

  • Deals Delivery Troubleshooting
    A major quality-of-life upgrade that will make it easier to diagnose and resolve issues with deal execution. This helps traders and ops teams move faster and smarter. We’re developing simple agents that will assess both sell side and buy side setups across both deals and campaign line items to highlight targeting conflicts, misaligned pricing considerations, historical data and more.

  • Data pipeline enhancements for ML models and agentic treatment (R&D)
    Early integration of large language models into reporting systems to allow natural language querying and dynamic dimension creation simplifying how users surface insights. There’s been a lot of hype around AI and how it’s going to impact DSPs. We’re substituting chatter with real world AI-driven solutions to make our users’ lives easier.

  • Bidder Simulation
    A powerful new tool for testing how bidding logic performs in hypothetical scenarios, reducing deployment risk and improving campaign outcomes. This tool will help us battle test the features we build to ensure real world readiness for customers.

  • Lat/Long Targeting and Reporting
    Enables hyper-precise geo-targeting down to GPS coordinates. Perfect for footfall-driven campaigns and advanced measurement. Will be a key enabler of location-based targeting and measurement for DOOH campaigns once supported.

  • DOOH and Audio Support (see more below)

  • Multi-currency Support in the Bedrock Platform UI

  • Change Log Upgrade – capturing atomic level campaign and deal config changes to improve accountability and inform our (coming soon!) troubleshooting and forecasting agents.

  • Architecture Iteration and improvement
    An ongoing parallel project to streamline our system to be more efficient and performant while reducing tech debt. This initiative will unlock faster feature development and will ultimately mean a more stable and robust platform that scales gracefully ad infinitum!

  • BidSwitch wSeat Support + Deals API
    Expanding support for custom seats within BidSwitch will allow more granular supply access. The complementary Deals API will streamline campaign setup and optimization workflows.

  • CommerceGrid (Criteo) API Integration
    Manage supply deal creation from within the Bedrock Platform workflow, track deal bidding performance data from Bedrock Platform demand and compare it to other 3rd party demand.

  • 3rd-Party DSP Activation & Data Capture
    A bold step toward true interoperability for media buyers and IP owners, this feature enables clients to activate audiences and capture performance data across external DSPs.

  • Forecasting Deal Spend, Impressions, CPMs
    A predictive toolset that helps media buyers plan more confidently by modeling expected delivery and pricing. This will bring a more scientific approach to deal negotiation. Built using a mix of historical data analysis and agentic analysis of supply side inventory avails, this tool will dynamically adjust based on simulated campaign setup.

  • DOOH and Audio Support
    Expanding beyond traditional display to accommodate programmatic digital out-of-home and programmatic audio, Bedrock is becoming truly omnichannel. Audio format trading support will come first, followed by DOOH before the end of the year.

    Having already built out prebid support for Lumen’s attention targeting buckets earlier this year, we will now prioritize support for measurement of Lumen’s post-campaign attention and conversion signals that will enable optimization toward actual human engagement, not just impressions. This is a huge leap for performance marketers focused on outcomes.

  • Anonymised Segments, Retargeting, & Conversions
    Privacy-conscious performance tools for the cookieless era. This feature set enables smarter, safer remarketing strategies and solves for the “browsing dead” challenge on Safari, Firefox and other cookieless environments. Powered through our strategic partnership with the leading European ID-less targeting and attribution company.

  • Index Exchange & Google AdX enhanced integrations
    Two of our most important supply integrations, now complete with support for Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) to deliver better scale and preferred deals.

  • Evorra enhanced integration
    Building on our earlier integration established with leading audience data and clean room platform Evorra, we are expanding the dataset to incorporate additional European and APAC territories as we expand our client base globally.
  • Entity-X integration
    Having recently become a Bedrock Platform customer for their managed service campaigns, we like what we see under the hood at the UK’s leading contextual & cultural activation company. Working alongside large advertisers such as HSBC, Tesco and M&S, Entity-X examines billions of data points, matching thousands of pages to hundreds of cultural profiles. We’re excited about soon being able to offer their targeting and measurement intelligence to all customers.
