Nicole Pruess

Nicole has been at the forefront of digital advertising technology for more than 25 years, with experience that spans high-profile global corporations and fast-growth start-ups. Starting her career working on publisher solutions at companies including MTV and Google, Nicole then turned her attention to brand safety, privacy and data solutions, firstly at Criteo and then with The Trade Desk.

She is widely recognised in the industry for being able to communicate complex issues clearly and simply.

Brian Fitzpatrick

With over 25 years of experience, Brian has been a pioneer in digital media innovation, contributing across agency, publisher and technology operations for WPP, Bertlesman and AOL. He was part of the founding team behind WPP’s first agency trading desk, The Media Innovation Group, and introduced the first programmatic video platform, Adapt.tv, in Europe. Brian also played a role in the development of programmatic advertising.

Over the past eight years, Brian has served as chairman, board member and investor for some of the UK’s most innovative startups, all of which are shaping the future of technology and media.

Adam Johnston

Adam is a hands-on fractional chief technology officer (CTO) with more than 25 years of experience. His core strength is advertising technology and high-volume systems, developed at positions including head of advertising technology at Sky and CTO at Blis.

Combining his deep technical expertise with proven business leadership, Adam regularly writes prototype and production code, while also directing enterprise architecture and global engineering teams. His skillset has also seen him design platforms that handle billions of daily transactions and pioneer programmatic advertising and geospatial targeting solutions.

Scott Neville

A strategic marketing and technology executive, Scott has been innovating and driving growth in the digital space for more than 25 years, with 12 of these spent at IPONWEB and BidSwitch. He has a reputation for big picture vision reinforced with the marketing, product and operational know-how to plan, manage and execute at the coalface; helping startups establish themselves and scale is a core focus.

Erich Wasserman

Erich is a serial entrepreneur and an investor in adtech and cryptocurrency networks. This has seen him cofound demand side platform (DSP) MediaMath, where he was head of sales, and cofound two private digital asset investment funds plus a VC-backed decentralised finance protocol for complex project finance,

Erich also served as commercial advisor and board member at Paris-based Scibids AI, which was acquired by DoubleVerify in 2023.
